Have you ever wondered what it would be like to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then freediving is for you.
Taking the PADI Freediving certification is your step towards discovering the underwater world in a whole new way. During the course you will gain the training and discipline needed to stay safe during breath hold dives.
The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases.
- Knowledge development about freediving principles through independent study using the PADI freediver Touch and an Instructor led classroom session.
- Confined water session to learn breath hold techniques and static and dynamic apnea. Your goal will be to have a static apnea of over 90 seconds and a dynamic length of 25 metres
- Open water sessions to practice free immersion and constant weight freedives down to 10 metres, plus proper buddy techniques
Minimum Age:- 12 Years
